1.Introduction okay people this is my first FAQ so bear with me hear. Faq so I 
decided to make mine. This will not be complete scince today is only Oct/16/02 . I

A. The Story
Having just made it back onto the streets of Liberty City after a long stretch in 
maximum security, Tommy Vercetti is sent to Vice City by his old boss, Sonny 
Forelli. They were understandably nervous about his re-appearance in Liberty City, 
so a trip down south seemed like a good idea. But all does not go smoothly upon his 
arrival in the glamorous, hedonistic metropolis of Vice City. He's set up and is 
left with no money and no merchandise. Sonny wants his money back, but the biker 
gangs, Cuban gangsters, and corrupt politicians stand in his way. Most of Vice City 
seems to want Tommy dead. His only answer is to fight back and take over the city 
himself.
From the decade of big hair, excess and pastel suits comes a story of one man's rise 
to the top of the criminal pile as Grand Theft Auto returns to the PlayStation®2 
computer entertainment system this October. Vice City is a huge urban sprawl ranging 
from the beach to the swamps and the glitz to the ghetto, and is the most varied, 
complete and alive digital city ever created. Combining non-linear gameplay with a 
character driven narrative, you arrive in a town brimming with delights and 
degradation and are given the opportunity to take it over as you choose.
As a major gateway to South America and the Caribbean and attracting migrants, Vice 
City is brimming with diverse characters, so there's a friend for everyone. It is a 
sociable place and the new guy in town is sure to meet all manner of friendly people 
in the sunshine capital of America. Athletes, pop stars, real estate developers, 
politicians, trailer trash, everyone is moving to Vice City to find out what makes 
it the number one growth city in America. But, as Tommy quickly finds out, trust is 
still the rarest of commodities.

2. People

 Colonel Cortez, Cortez is a real handyman, not specializing in one area of criminal 
activity, this is known to deal in narcotics, weapons, firearms. You name it he's 
got it.

 Sonny Forelli, As you may have guessed, this guy is the head of the Forelli's. 
Apart from a having a poor taste in clothing he has a large influence on gambling 
and racketeering union.

Ken Rosenberg, Partners at Rosenberg & Associates legal. In trouble for possession 
of narcotics and egomania.

Tommy Vercetti, Very little is known about Tommy but as soon as Codename has tracked 
down and apprehended him, we will dish all of the info.

Ricardo Diaz, Mr. Diaz is a long time gun collector, he is always armed whether in 
public or on a task and he is considered to be dangerous. He is extremely short and 
is works for Colonel Cortez and he is said to be un-trustworthy, greedy and a poor 
business partner.

Lance Vance, Lance has just arrived in town with his brother. Although he may look 
and dress like a yacht salesmen, he is aggressive and emotionally unstable.

Auntie Poulet,Auntie Poulet is en elderly Haitian woman who has been in a ongoing 
feud with Cuban crime families.

Avery Carrington, Avery is the Capitalist Cowboy, he is originally from Texas but 
moved to Vice to be a real estate developer.

Mitch Baker, Vietnam Veteran and motorcycle enthusiast. He has been involved in 
public disturbances all over the US including narcotics dealing.

Kent Paul, Paul is a liar with a serious narcotics addiction. He considers himself 
to be a criminal mastermind although his worst act of criminal activity so far seems 
to be his haircut.

BJ Smith, A very successful pro footballer, now runs a celebrity endorsement club. 
He has been know to deal in stolen cars.

Alex Shrub, A power obsessed right winged congressman. Alex is a happily married man 
who is a known philanderer.

Pastor Richards, Pastor is a firebrand preacher who dislikes those of us who help 
each other out of the good of our hearts. He has apparently been seen attempting to 
bribe NASA officials for rocket technology.

Phil Cassidy, Phil is a redneck arms deal who also collects weapons and attends 
several gun clubs which are located in vice. He is fighting a war with several "gun-
running" Mexican gangs.

Cam Jones, Although he claims to be an expert safe-cracker he has yet to prove 
himself publicly. He has been diagnosed as a kleptomaniac and is currently awaiting 
trial for robbery. He has also been known to work with Phil Cassidy.

Hilary King, Compulsive eater, neurotic, obsession with abandonment issues. These 
are just some of the things that Hilary suffers from, although despite this she is 
an expert driver who is believed to have worked with Phil Cassidy and Cam Jones.

Leo Teal,Leo works in the restaurant business. He is a communications expert and he 
is in possible connection with Mr Black. His extremely complicated personal life may 
be linked with his status as a hitman and connections with the narcotics trade.

Umberto Robina ,As well as being a Cuban warlord he is also a body builder. He has 
been in a long time feud with Haitian criminals and would not regret waging a full 
scale war.

for you! You get fences a real garage; go inside your house for once. You don’t need 
to Unlock things that are cheap! Whats better GTA3 or GTAVC? You can now change your 
outfits , from ghetto and downtown . The further you get the more clothes you can 
change to. You can also buy strip clubs and houses just save up your money.

NEW!!  Pizza Delivery, you can get a pizza delivery car, go inside people’s houses, 
and get bonuses.

Taxi Driver- I get the dirty Iraq’s don’t want to give up do they?
Well you pick up and drop off people and get money.

Ambulance- save people get money whoop de do

Fire fighter – water down fires let people incinerate them selves same idea

Police Officer – yay! Lets save people by killing criminals, but hey the Police 
Force is on your side, try RENTING a helicopter.
